Attendance certificate
Certificates verifying your attendance at the ICON·S 2018 Conference will be provided to you at the Info Point on Day 2 (26 June) and Day 3 (27 June). Should you have special requirements for the attendance certificate that are not covered by the one provided to you, please let our staff know.
Info Point
We will have one info point for the Conference, where help will be available to you. Our personnel will be clearly visible and will be happy to assist you in every way they can, should you have encounter any problems or have Conference-related questions. Do not hesitate to approach them – they are there to help.
The info point is located by the entrance of the Grand Hall.
Emergency Situations
Should you find yourself in an emergency with no immediate help at hand during your stay in Hong Kong, you may reach Hong Kong Police by calling 999 (ambulance, fire department and police) from any phone.
